Since 2006, all mopeds in the Netherlands must have a licence plate. In order to obtain the licence plate , I have to hand over a production date or a V5 document.
I will be grateful if you send me one or both of this documents.

- Could you please specify additional technical specifications of the vehicle (e.g. weight, cylinder capacity, kw), if these are available to you?

Naam op het kenteken zegt niets over wie de eigenaar is , wel wie de aansprakelijke is .Dus als mijn buurman een brommer in het buitenland jat, en hem hier op kenteken laat zetten, dan is hij helemaal eigenaar?
